If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return it for either an exchange or refund within 48 hours of the purchase date.
Customers should retain the original packaging and send the returns in similar packaging unless the package is damaged before delivery.
In case of a refund, only the paid amount will be refunded. Redeemed reward points cannot be re-credited. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order ID to obtain a return. “Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping”, unless the item is being returned due to a defect or error on our part.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements. If everything checks out, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
It may take additional time for the refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank's processing times.
